On the 1st December, Myself and my colleague conducted observations of the supervisors Tom and Trevor at Wembley in the Wembley Suite. I was impressed by the way both Tom and Trevor conducted themselves as very competent, efficient and knowledgeable supervisors.
They had a great rapport with their team who were also very smart, efficient and competent. It is clear they have had extensive training which is a credit to Tim at Incognito. I was also impressed by the detailed briefing they delivered, making sure individuals were clear on their expectations.
They also conducted an exercise to demonstrate the checks the supervisors carry out and this was to train the staff on what to look for and how to report if Tom and Trevor were not present. This is going over and above what is expected and gives the staff more autonomy on their role. It was a pleasure to watch!
