Operational Resources

To cover the many different roles and tasks we recruit fully qualified SIA Door Supervisors and SIA close protection officers. Every operative is fully vetted to the British standard 7858:2019.

Every operation will have its own specific set of requirements and express wishes from the client, Incognito understand how important it is to tailor each individual Security Operative to each different venue or task – by working with the client the best match and suitability for that task can be put in place. Here are some, not all, of the duties that the Door Supervisors/Close Protection Operatives undertake:

Managing the entry into the venue, including checking for ID and controlling the capacity.

Performing searches, this could be persons, bags or screening deliveries.

Preventing and or stopping unwanted access

Monitoring and observing activity inside and outside the venue (this could be through CCTV or patrols)

Liaising with venue management, local police and other authorities if required.
